Jean Marc really has hit this one correctly. The field of ID must clearly articulate (excuse the pun, because this is on Tom K.'s page) our role, our value and how we can add business value every time!

I hope that sidewiki doesn't go the way that Google Buzz went. crash and burn. Sidewiki has a lot less fierce competition than Buzz did, in my opinion.

LMS upgrade

Hi all:

I'm preparing some notes on an LMS upgrade @ DCE here at University of Waterloo.

This "Diary of an upgrade" will hopefully be useful for sharing successes, hurdles, and challenges for a LMS version upgrade.
Maybe get some insight on how decisions are made, diagramming of the process, impact on the unit, impact on other stakeholders (students, faculty, content developers, other)
